1: Guess Star Trek's influence is spreading, the Skant is coming into fashion.

2 (Doesn't seem to fit due to the winter theme implied by the title Snow Days, but): Reminds me of those schools where the boys were prohibited from wearing shorts during the summer months, while the girls were allowed to wear short skirts. The boys staged a protest where they wore skirts to class.
