After a loooong winter spring has finally arrived. One of the signs of the season over in Britain being the arrival of bright yellow daffodils. Fortunately I live near the countryside and other places with lovely scenery, perfect for going on walks and shedding a bit of the excess winter pudge while saying hello to the local birds.
