Realized the last time I drew my character Carter was like 3 years ago so I decided to rectify that haha. 🥲

I also got a new CRT television recently (it doesn't look like the one in drawing, however) and that's the other reason I drew this!

Nothing beats Saturday morning cartoons in the 1990s as a kid! 📺
