“Benjamin, are you okay?” Timothy asks, worried. “Do you need to go potty?” He asks.
Benjamin is too nervous to admit desperation, and also wants to continue playing. So he tries to hold his pee until the game is over. “N-no sir.” He lies.
“Or did you already have an accident?” Timothy continues asking, having the feeling that something is wrong.
Daniël bursts out laughter. “Seven years old and you still wet your diapers.” He teases.
Ben’s face turns red with embarrassment. “They’re pull-ups, and I’m still dry.” He replies softly.
“Even then, pull-ups are for kids half your age, and you're supposed to keep them dry, which you aren’t good at.”
“Daniël, knock it off unless you want to pay a visit to the time-out corner!” Timmy threatens.
“Yes sir.” Daniël obeys reluctantly. He then rolls the dice, which finally lands on a six. “Finally!” He yells. He then rolls again, this time getting a two. After him, it is Ethan’s turn. He throws a five. “Sorry Daniël.” Ethan softly says as he puts his red pawn on the square blue Daniël’s pawn was on.
“Really Ethan” Daniël sighs annoyed “I hate this game!” He yells.
“Now don’t be a sore loser.” Benjamin chuckles, having one paw on the front of his pants.
“Yeah, it is just a game.” Timothy adds. “It won’t be fun if you’re so competitive.”
“I guess you two are right.” Daniël admits “Sorry for being a bad sport, Ethan.”
“Is okay.” Ethan replies.
Forty-five minutes later, the game is nearly finished. Ethan is leading with three pawns in the middle of the board. Benjamin is the runner-up with two pawns, but winning is the least of his problems. He still needs to use the bathroom badly, and has leaked quite a bit.
“One of us can still win, what are the odds Ethan throws a three or less?” Daniël asks, trying to keep morale high.
“You’re right, now throw!” Benjamin yells, wanting the game to be over quickly.
“Alright calm down.” Daniël replies. One of his pawns is in the middle, while the rest of them are still in his “house”. He throws and… No six, so he has to pass. Next up is Ethan. “Please no three please no three please no three.” Daniël hopes. Ethan rolls the dice, and throws a four.
“Yaay!” Ethan cheers, wagging his tail happily.
“Aw c’mon!” Daniël whines.
“Good job!” Timothy congratulates as he pets Ethan. “Should we continue the game until we’ve all got all four pawns in the middle?” he asks
Y-yeah we could do that.” Benjamin replies. He hopes that he can hold it until the end, but has a feeling that he probably won’t make it.
“Can we do something else?” Daniël asks.
“Sure, what do you have in mind?” Timmy asks.
“I don’t know, but I really have to use the restroom.” Daniël replies as he rushes toward the bathroom.
“Oh come on, bad timing.” Ben thinks to himself. The lynx attempts to hold it in, just for a couple of minutes, but his bladder fails him. He starts soaking his pull-ups as a hissing sound is audible.
Timothy notices that something is off with Benjamin. “Hey kiddo, are you okay?” he asks for the final time.
Benjamin remains silent as his pull-up starts leaking. He tries not to cry, but unfortunately, that was a losing battle as well.
“Oh Benjamin.” Timothy sighs as he takes the lynx’s arm.
Just then, Daniël exits the bathroom., and gets to see his friend having an accident. "You really wet your diaper, I thought you were a big kid. no way you couldn't hold it for half a minute."
"Daniël, enough. final warning!" The tiger tells him sternly.
"Yes sir."
“I-I-I-Im sorry sir.” Benjamin sobs.
“It is okay, let’s get you cleaned up.” Timothy consoles him as he takes him to the changing table.
“I think you still fit on the changing table.” Timmy tells Benjamin as he helps him get on there.
“Am I that small for a seven-year-old?” Benjamin sniffs.
“Kind of.” Timothy replies as he takes off Benjamin’s pants. “But listen, I have asked you multiple times if you needed to use the restroom, and you lied to me each time, so you won't be let off the hook.” He explains.
What shall Benjamin's punishment be?
1. He has to wear diaper instead of pull-ups (Technically more of a precaution)
2. Time-out and earlier bedtime

4. Other (Just no physical punishment.)
