Cream tried to rescue/reason with Rose Woman, but she was captured, and that caused Rose Woman to glitch a bit. Cream Girl is one of the more insidious creations of the Doctors.
I get that the concept never really got a chance to expand in the Mega Man/Sonic story due to needing to focus more on Sonic and Mega Man stopping Eggman and Wily and only having so much space plus yeah typically in most regular Mega Man games you only have 8 Roboticzed Masters so having 10 for Worlds Collide was pushing that. Still this is a very good design and yeah if that work was expanded on be one I feel would perfectly fit in with the others though heh if I was doing a remake on Worlds Collide I'd expand to more then Mega Man and Sonic characters personally.
