Penelope using her blanket like a parachute! It would have been cute seeing her do this in the Hamtaro episode "Tightrope of love" as she was having trouble with her balance ^_^;
I remember her drifting down from a high place in one episode (I think it was the episode "treasure hunting"), but she kept her blanket on. I originally didn't know she was carrying a blanket because none of the episodes I saw explained what it was, and the only time I saw her without it was during the theme song. I eventually learned what it was from the wiki.
