Based on Loonatics Unleashed, this is my interpretation of the real character descended from Pepe. Orphaned when the meteor struck in 2772, Phillipe grew up on the streets as a thief. He soon discovered that he possesses the abilities to create an impenetrable armor of energy and generate smokescreens when in danger. After being found by the Loonatics, he discovered that his mother was actually killed by Pierre “le Pew” Vulgari (the human with skunk hair in the show) so he could steal everything from his family. When Pierre joined forces with Dr. Dare, Phillipe helped Ace in stopping them before joining the Loonatics as their seventh member.
