The figure comes with an Ice Flower from the 'New' games that ppl grew sick of...
Ice Luigi has 11 POA, and pretty good sculpting, he is indeed taller than the Mario figure, roughly between 4-5 inches.
I can't wait for them to come out with regular Luigi, not only that, but other figures and characters they'll do in the future. This is a good figure, would recommend.
