Blake was at the park one day when he saw this boy wearing the same clothing as him so he wanted to check and see if we was also wearing the same undies as him by giveing the poor boy a wedgie infront of everyone
I think the bully bear would find a way to keep him there msybe he would tie the sides of the undies to the slides handle bars and leave him like that and yes those undies will be able to rip eventually
