But I really like her expression and it's adorable.
Webby looks really excited and I'm not sure why. Nudity probably shouldn't be a big deal in Duck society. I mean the boys walk around naked all the time and Webby consistently goes commando. This seems to be a double standard of the gender binary but might actually be worse than ours.

It's because of Webby's reaction to seeing Lena nude for the first time. Whatever she said, paired with her reaction, caused Lena to blush.

It was Webby's first time seeing her crush nude, that's the main reason for her being this excited. (I also kept in mind how full nudity in general is probably something Webby had never seen before this, considering her sheltered life.)
Who walks around naked all the time, though? Nothing like that happened in DT17.
