Great Akira! What can I say? you made me love the 90's, you created the most important series of my childhood, you made me run out of school to watch it, I would cry for hours if I missed a chapter, I didn't care if I started over from the beginning, I would watch it again anyway! Goku transforming into super Saiyajin for the first time, Trunks arrival, seeing Gohan being phase 2, Vegeta's sacrifice, etc etc etc. Epic moments one after another. You did not create a simple series, you created childhoods, you created culture, you created passion, you initiated many children and adults in the art of anime by copying your characters, you represented a whole genre and much more. Words are superfluous. Farewell great master. Your ART is a legacy that will be eternal, the history of dragon ball has NOT come to an end!

I feel you man,😔 I remember getting a kick outta Dragon Ball and other related stuff when I was 9, thanks to my sibling, when Kai first aired on Nicktoons in 2010. Best times of my life right there!🥲

Me acuerdo que cuando asistí a clases de dibujo, había un chico que, según él, estaba inventando su propio manga, pero había un problema, sus personajes lucían exactamente iguales al estilo Dragon Ball. El maestro lo instruyó a no copiar tanto los diseños de DBZ, pero él no sabía dibujar de otra forma, pues todo lo que aprendió lo hizo imitando el estilo de Akira Toriyama.
Me pongo a pensar ahora en cuántos millones de jóvenes dibujan así, y todo gracias a un solo japonés que un día se puso a dibujar un niño de pelos parados con cola de mono
