For those that have kept tabs on Penelope's WIP progress so far, I've decided to give Penelope a redo on her hairstyle.
So, after working on her since yesterday and today, she's finished! The only things I did change here was just her eyes by reverting to the dot eyes she had beforehand, since it looked cursed as fuck to have her actual eyes be present. Yet, they are there when she has her glasses off, though. Oh, and I tweaked her color palette and fringe of her hair and headband's thickness, so there you have it.

Update as of 03/28/2024:
— Reverted Penelope's bangs back to a variant from her older designs, since I liked it better. Yes, I did overwrite her GIMP source file and the exported PNGs, since it was just a small minor edit. That, and her bangs were iconic, so I brought it back by personal preference.

Update as of 06/21/2024:
— Reverted Penelope's bangs back to the original and also went back to her original color palette. As for the skin tone, I went with a different shade, but kept her design as-is and added in a color entry for her smartwatch and faux flower.
