Does this world follow pokemon rules of breeding like: "oh yea i am dating my 12 year old sister who has been fully mature because we get to maturity faster and is a totaly safe and cute realionship and we have many kids together and no one cares because has no ill consequences" is that so? I am asking because i love world building and those detaols are fun to me
