- Maxim estaba en una misión espía para capturar en solitario a Laura y para eso usó su forma True Bat y así escabullirse sin que nadie se diera cuenta, el lobo transformado en murciélago destruyó a varios Robots y Badniks creados por Laura. Cámaras y Detectores de Movimiento no lograron captar la presencia de Maxim ni siquiera cuando él andaba destruyendo a todos los robots guardianes. Después que Maxim llega a la sala de control y empieza a investigar el lugar notó que estaba vacío así que aprovechó de destruirlo todo, incluso planos que pertenecían al Doctor Robotnik para crear su imperio. Maxim al dejar todo destruido sale de las instalaciones reportándole a su grupo lo que él hizo, después del reporte Maxim le envió a Taila fotos de los planos que Laura tenía de Robotnik para crear armamento y un imperio, estas fotos serían llevadas hacia el grupo de Sonic para que ellos se encargaran de la situación, Maxim todavía seguía en las instalaciones de Laura revisando que no haya quedado nada rondando, pero de inmediato fue interceptado por unos ganchos gigantes que pospusieron los poderes del murciélago. Minutos después Maxim se encontró acostado en el suelo atado con las manos detrás de la espalda y las piernas amarradas y una ballgag que le impide hablar, Maxim trataba de safarse pero las sogas se lo impedían y sólo le quedaba aceptar que ya no tenía escapatoria y que no sabía cuánto tiempo estaría así en cautiverio.

- Maxim was on a spy mission to capture Laura alone and for that he used his True Bat form to sneak away without anyone noticing, the wolf transformed into a bat destroyed several Robots and Badniks created by Laura. Cameras and Motion Detectors failed to pick up Maxim's presence even when he was destroying all the guardian robots. After Maxim arrived at the control room and began to investigate the place, he noticed that it was empty so he took the opportunity to destroy everything, including plans that belonged to Doctor Robotnik to create his empire. Maxim when leaving everything destroyed leaves the facilities reporting to his group what he did, after the report Maxim sent Taila photos of the plans that Laura had of Robotnik to create weapons and an empire, these photos would be taken to Sonic's group so that they would take care of the situation, Maxim was still in Laura's facilities checking that there was nothing left hanging around, but immediately he was intercepted by giant hooks that postponed the bat's powers. Minutes later Maxim found himself lying on the floor tied with his hands behind his back and his legs tied and a ballgag that prevented him from speaking, Maxim tried to free himself but the ropes prevented him from doing so and he could only accept that he had no escape and that he did not know how long he would be in captivity like this.
