The female-only Pokemon Pikachu Libre.

The Unusual Pokemon Pika Libre is a Pokemon who loves lucha libre. All Unusual Pokemon are intelligent, but there are a good amount of them that have higher human intellegence and a more humanoid appearance. They can even speak the human tongue. These Unusual types go under a sub name to separate themselves from their Unusual comrades which are called "Highly Unusual Pokemon". These Pokemon possess full human intelligence and speech which act and do things humans do. They can even get jobs despite them being Pokemon and never really needing human jobs. They've broken the threshold past level 100 and are all level 150 instead with 6 Pokemon abilities (one of them being the altered ability Minimize) which many can use that aren't their type like the regular Unusual variety can do. They're twice as dangerous to deal with since they can act, speak and think better than the regular Unusual types so any humans who try to capture one of them need to have a few captured Unusual Pokemon to do so (which already proves difficult.

Enter Pika Libre, or Pikaria for her name. She's a luchador who specializes in Lucha Libre that will wrestle anyone from Pokemon to humans. She's extremely popular in the town she's in for winning fight after fight flawlessly. She speaks in broken Spanish where she'll speak more in English while adding in Spanish dialogue depending on her mood. She's very tall (nearly 8ft tall) and is a fighting/electric hybrid having only powerful fighting and electric moves.
