Meet Martivir, a 'tall' 90 centimeter kobold with big dreams and visions for grand conquests and hypnosis. Like many other kobolds he's got a deep adoration for dragons... which he shows by hypnotizing them and making them obedient. <: He's got a bigger brother named Dust that protects him!
He's also a psionic. He slowly 'implants' certain thought suggestions into the minds of others and 'encourages' them to decide his way of thinking for them is what they've always wanted.
Otherwise he's a nervous and easily beaten kobold! He does know Magic Missile though! <:
