After several days, and several lessons, I reached the end of the sculpting tutorial! Yay! So this is the end result. Rendered in Cycles since I thought it looked much better. Instead of a demon head, I think I wound up with some type of satyr character with some features of Captain Jean-Luc Picard. LOL! If anyone on Next Gen Enterprise was a satyr though, it was Riker.
Anyway, I will continue to learn more with Blender. I only started in late November and I got a long way to go and I have a lot of areas where I need to improve.
