Character Description
A mutated riolu with green fur around his body, had black fur on his end of the feet, dog like ears and torso, had blue fur on his end of the arms, tail, bottom torso and ears and had a dark yellow callor like around his neck. His left ear had a scar on it and had white pupils. Due of his mutation, he can speak english and had light manipulation
