For a friend of mines Role Play character, she has a slight dark side to her.
Her character is basically able to teleport between shadows that are large enough for her to fit in (no daggers from nowhere here, she needs to be able to fully manifest after a teleport for her to be able to use it).
I just picture her causing after images with each step, very confusing, veeeery terrifying.
Hence why there is an echo to the music each note represents a step each note represents an image each note represents a teleport
