This is a request by MightyMorphinPower4 for Pistol Pete of Disney's Goof Troop being kidnapped. Maybe Pete thought tape and zip ties make a better version of a time out.

Pistol Pete is a character from the animated series, Goof Troop.

Pistol is the youngest child and only daughter o Pete and Peg and the younger sister of P.J. She is extremely energetic and hyperactive. Pete is also shown to have a very soft spot for her, as he spoils her and pays her absurd amounts of money for no reason. At the beginning of the series, she is 4 1/2 and in preschool, but turns six at the end of the series. She has long red hair in pigtails with yellow ribbons, blue eyes, a black nose and wears a white long-sleeved blouse with a pink collar, sash and cuffs, yellow knee-length skirt, frilly red or white panties, pink socks and white Velcro shoes. Pistol's name is generally considered to be a play on one of Pete's aliases in some classic cartoon shorts.

For reasons that are unknown, neither Pistol nor her mother appear in either A Goofy Movie or An Extremely Goofy Movie, despite being prominent characters in Goof Troop. A common fan theory suggests that Peg and Pete may have divorced between the end of the series and the first film, with Peg taking custody of Pistol, but that is only speculation. The most likely reason for her absence is that she (as well as Peg) simply didn't factor into the father-son stories that the movies wanted to focus on between Goofy and Max, at least not in any meaningful enough way to warrant an appearance in the movies for her.
