That's why I always found it strange, when regular/casual pissing was called "watersports", as watersports implies fetishistic reasons, while peeing just for satisfying the need to empty the bladder has no such a reason. Of course, artwork showcasing it might have similar backthoughts, still "watersports" feels different from regular peeing.
