This character, previously introduced on FurAffinity, didn't really go anywhere, and would probably be lucky to get thrown into the background of one of my comics. I guess I'm just not that mustelid-inclined.
I was toying with him being nervous and sounding a lot like Dana Carvey's character from Wayne's World... Garth, I think. Didn't the late David Lander play one of the weasels in Who Framed Roger Rabbit? I mean, if you needed a really weaselly voice, Lenny and Squiggy would be the right choice.
