One can only imagine the set of circumstances that led to this point. How a once tiny girl could grow so large, so fast that she literally holds entire universes in the palm of her hands, eyes glowing with power just waiting to be unleashed in some way.
Will Cream craft a brand new universe with it? Modify the one the originally outgrew? Or perhaps she'll simply channel all her new potential into multiplying her already existing size a million fold. After all, it's obvious Cream is enjoying her new status as the benevolent goddess of the multiverse.
