I haven't drawn this one much, but maybe I should draw her more. It's Roxanne Rover (Yes, that is her last name) from A Goofy Movie. I aged her up a bit, made her into a young adult.

Before Roxanne Wolf, before Lola Bunny, Roxanne Rover was one of my biggest cartoon crushes when I was a kid. The girl had me hooked.

I kind of assumed her eye color, since in the movie, her eyes are just black circles....

I know! She became such a popular and beloved character, she was a very sweet girl while also being very shy. I actually find myself attracted to the shy, quiet, kind sort of gals, but that's me.
