This is from fairly obscure cartoon Ulysses 31 it is Yumi, a girl from planet Zotra. One of the episodes Ulysses runs into Chronus, the banish god of time. He has two faces like the god Janus, the god of beginings and endings. She and Ulysses' son Telemachus get trapped in a zone of time where the seasons of the year pass in minutes. As she also ages she is thrown into the worst winter ever. This is for WCB 80'S Flashback.

Ulysses 31 is a cartoon that was popular in the 1980s, a modern sci-fi telling of age old stories and packed with atmosphere. Originally created for a French audience by a Japanese studio, Ulysses was also dubbed into English and eventually aired around the world.

Set in the futuristic 31st century, heroic Ulysses is captain of the spaceship Odyssey. When he angers the gods by destroying Cyclops and rescuing its prisoners, the Odyssey's crew are cursed and put into suspended animation.

So the adventure begins, Ulysses and the remaining skeleton crew must find their way to the Kingdom of Hades to lift the curse.

Bio: Yumi is one of the children saved by Ulysses before their adventure begins. She comes from the beautiful planet of Zotra, whose inhabitants are all blue-skinned. Although physically weak, Yumi is intelligent and is developing her powers of telepathy and telekinesis.
