For a being that's constantly barefoot she's toughened her feet overtime where nothing she steps on does nothing to them like with most of anyone who walk barefoot. She decided to share her foot toughness towards the captured humans by making them plant their faces all over them. Worshipping them and basking in them until she allows them to stop...only to do it again later.

I didn't want to add extra detail into the human characters since they're only drawn like this for this particular image.
