This isn't the most challenging idea I came up with, but this is currently the largest idea I came up and invested in. Having the opportunity to lead and coordinate with the participants, gathering and modifying references, creating crude drawings examples, and translating that idea in text in a way that wouldn't bloat it out for the artist. It was a very fun and challenging experience for myself.
I doubt I'll orchestrate something this large again for a long time (mainly not as in charge). Though more small scale ideas (two or three people) or a shared collaboration is something I may consider next time I think about setting up something large.
