My favorite shoes for comfort. I wear em everywhere! Love to go hiking in them. Only thing I wouldn't wanna do is jog for a long period on pavement with em, but I wouldn't wanna do that with any shoe, pavements bad for these ole rickety knees!

Swoosh goes a kitty! Some fun colors you used on Beatrix, really love'n that punchy red and blue in her clothes. How do those shoes feel compared to regular ones? I've seen them before, even some sandals made from those type of soles. Looked really comfy.

The best way I can describe em is, when you wear regular shoes all day- you come home and you're just dying to take off your shoes. When you come home at the end of the day with vibrams on, you only take em off cuz you don't want to dirty your floor XD. They are especially fantastic for those individuals with wider feet, such as myself. Especially when they make womans shoes so small and narrow, not all of us have dainty little paws! XD Other shoes feel so cramped...I hate wearing em X3;

Oh gods I know how that is. I have pretty wide feet too. If it's warm, I usually wear sandals all the time lol. Only stuff my foot into a shoe if it's got plenty of room on the inside. Right now I got these crazy hiking boots I wear to jog and walk around in. They actually make my foot feel all springy and not too weighed down ^.^ I'll have to get a pair of those vibrams some day though!

I always wondered why in the world they made women's shoes so tiny and narrow. It's like...so many articles of women's clothing restrict stuff! It makes me wince thinking of how a miniskirt and high heels would feel ^///^

Well a miniskirt is really short, and if you bend over your panties will show, if they arn't already showing. What's worse are these business kind of skirts: http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5023/5606739336_c845abbf...
You can barely spread your legs in em, definitely can't run! X3; I can't walk in heels, I look giraffe on ice! Better off just bare footing it. I can't believe some women go to dance in them X__X I have a pair of hiking boots but I can't wear them, I actually wore them yesterday because it was a bit rainy (and vibrams will get soaked unless you get the wet version, although they dry quickly, or u can just toss em in the dryer), but boy did I regret it. The sides of my pinky toes have blisters now, they were chaffed so bad DX My poor lil piggies ;(

Male here, so I'll say what I like... and don't. I don't get the "pencil skirt" at all. The shape is too severe, and they don't look comfortable. I think a knife pleat tends to flow better, and leaves plenty of room for movement.
If you want fashionable shoes that will still be comfortable, check out dancer's shoes. Mid heel at the tallest.

The best "Dressy" shoes that I ever had were a pair that I got back in high school, for marching band!

Back on subject, somewhat...
Your picture brings to mind an article about the Navajo Code Talkers of WWII - some bits of the code they used later got absorbed into common Marine Corps slang, e.g. ink sticks for pens, and gofasters for running shoes. Apparently these gofasters did make the kitty go faster!

BTW, I think you drew your shoes on the wrong feet... ;-)

Always cookies at the other end ;) I wouldn't say they are for everyone, especially because you are suppose to use a forefoot walk, rather than a heel walk. That alone could make a buncha muscles you didn't even know you had sore!

Maybe that's what I did. I got a pair a year ago, and on day 2 I was sore all lover. Below the ankle. So I exchanged them for store credit, and just got a pair of black Sole shoes, look 'em up. I call them my 'outdoor winter dress slippers'. LOL.

Yeah. I got mine for running, and I do most of my running on a treadmill or on softer areas. But since then I've walked tons even on pavement, just takes a lil bit of getting used to. I'll have to keep an eye out for these. I tend to walk on the balls of my feet normally, more so when barefoot, and that wears the HELL out of most shoe soles, while leaving the heels almost intact.
