This is a recreation of one of the first real drawings I did way back when I was like 17 and was still filled with unbridled passion for creating things that only mattered to me. Today, I have filled myself with layer upon layer of domineering self-awareness that screams that the self-indulgence of things like these is "cringe", making me wholly unable to ever again create other concepts down the same alley. But Dalia standing in flower meadows next to meaningless purple prose is something I can somehow still conjure, as if to reminisce of lost youth.

Balance is for people who don't want to move. Even walking is just falling forward with style.

I hope we can all be a little more in touch with our younger selves and a little more cringe.

Don't kill the part of you that is cringe. Kill the part that cringes.

Now I'm curious about how you drew cat ladies with non-minimalistic bosoms when you were 17. You know me, I won't notice the cringe as long as there is legs and tits. (I've worked hard to dial my mental age down to 11, and cringe is not a thing before, like, 14?)

I'm a little sad that I don't actually know where my first furry drawings are stored. Some day I will find them.
You'll be disappointed to learn that I was always averse to huge, ridiculous proportions.

I will NOT! I'm a card-carrying member of the IBTC, though I will also accept larger handfuls as tribute. I'm actually more curious about other bodily proportions, despite what I said.

Though boob minimalism is rare in 17yos and I just assumed you went with the majority. Sorry. (And I wouldn't call the current version of Dalia minimalistic, ngl).

...International Boatbuilding Training college..?

I'm not a 100 % what minimalism means in this context, but if you mean as opposed to "realism", then yeah, I was always shooting for realism, which sometimes went (somewhat) well and sometimes shot me deep down the uncanny valley.

I'd go digging for old drawings, just for you bb, if it wasn't for the fact that I get profoundly sad when looking at old terrible art, then realizing how much time I could have saved by not being a stubborn ass who didn't want to practice with daunting exercises before spitting out products.

Itty bitty titty commitee. I started by mentioning non-minimalistic bosoms, and thought the context carried over. But yeah, total realism is not always a good thing, not least as you mention, if you fail to reach the target and get mired in the uncanny valley.

OMG this is SOOOOO beautiful! What a wonderful drawing!

As for cringe, we all did a lot of cringe stuff when we were younger, it's just part of growing up. Seems like you outgrew most of yours, that's not something that can be said by a lot of folks these days.

Thank you kindly. Always glad to know the people don't always need porn all the time.

Yeah, I was forced to grow up in many ways. At this point it'd likely be healthy to revert a bit, and nurture some passion without worrying whether the results are dumb or subpar.
