L: Some distance above the ocean, a long, greenish eastern dragon flies along, carrying a glaceon on his back. He looks up from the water back at his passenger. "You're sure we're getting close to the temple? I'm not sure I want to scour the seabed for it."
S: "Oh trust me, we're getting close alright...I can feel it"
L: "I suppose, while we're going, we should check our headsets one more time. Need to make sure we're not left without a way to talk while we're underwater." The next time the glaceon hears Cirrus, it's entirely in their head. "You can hear this, right?"
S: *the glaceon does hear it, then he responds in their head* "Yep! Can you hear me ok?"
L: "Okay, we're good." Cirrus starts speaking out loud again. "Still kind of can't believe I figured out how to make mine change in size when I do. Never managed that with anything else before."
S: *the glaceon also speaks out loud again* "Yeah, it's interesting, but not as interesting meeting you! Oh I almost forgot to say my actual name, it's Glacier!"
L: "Oh man, I totally forgot we'd never introduced ourselves!" Cirrus laughs. "I'm Cirrus."
S: *Glacier giggles* "Nice to meet you Cirrus! Cool name!"
L: After a bit more time, Cirrus stops, now hovering in the air. "I... Sort of get the feeling we're right above that temple right now. This the right spot, or am I just imagining things?"
S: "Hmm, nope this looks right to me, at least I think so"
L: "Alright, let's get ready." Cirrus floats down to the water's surface to let Glacier off him. Once they're swimming, mist briefly surrounds Cirrus as he shrinks down to 10% of his normal size. "Remember, I have to blow a lot of bubbles to give you air, and I can only really do that when I'm huge, which means we'll need room."
S: "Oh, uh ok then..." *Glacier looks a tad bit nervous about all this, up until now he's been Mr brave, but now that's it actually happening its starting to get to him a bit*
L: "Relax, you know how fast I can go. If anything happens down there, grab onto me and I'll have us both out and back here in seconds." Cirrus starts taking some deep breaths.
S: "Y-your right...ok...I'll try to relax about it then..." *Glacier also takes a few deep breathes*
L: With one more breath, Cirrus dives under, waiting just below the surface for Glacier to follow him.
S: *Glacier is hesitant, but he managed to convince himself and with another breath he dives under as well, his eyes shut for a bit*
L: Cirrus switches to speaking directly into Glacier's mind again. "I'm a bit nervous too, I'll admit it, but no one's been in this temple in a LONG time. We'll be fine."
S: *Glacier switches to speaking in Cirrus's mind again* "Yeah I know, ugh I now realized I forgot to bring swim goggles... now my eyes are hurting from the water..."
L: "That stinging should stop before too long, but you're gonna have a tough time seeing down here. Stay close to me." Cirrus starts to descend, the bottom not yet visible.
S: "Ugh, wait...I'm too uncomfortable... I can't do this..."
*he goes back up to the surface*
L: Cirrus goes back up with Glacier, talking out loud again. "Yeah that's fair... Do you want me to head back and grab you some goggles? Shouldn't take too long, and I'm pretty sure I can find my way back here."
S: *Glacier talks out loud again too* "Yeah please... I don't think I'll survive this trip without swim goggles ^^;"
L: "Okay, I'll be right back." Cirrus floats up and returns to his original size, before flying off incredibly quickly back the way he and Glacier had originally come. Only a few minutes later, he returns, and floats back down to Glacier, holding out a pair of goggles in his huge hand. "Hopefully these are your size."
S: "Thanks cirrus" *he takes the swim goggles in his paws and puts them over his eyes* "Ah perfect fit! I bet I look good with these on, hehe!"
L: "Ha, they do look good! So, you ready now?" Cirrus switches back to 10% size.
S: *glacier blushes a bit at cirrus's statement then nods* "Yeah, now that I'm protected I should be all good!"
L: Cirrus nods, and after another few preparation breaths, heads back underwater.
S: *Glacier takes a few breathes himself then dives back underwater too, this time he's able to see better*
L: Smiling at Glacier, Cirrus goes to mental speech again. "Alright, let's do this." He starts heading down again.
S: *Glacier smiles back, going to mental speech again too* "Ok..." *Glacier follows him down, now feeling comfortable with goggles on*
L: After about half a minute of descending, something starts becoming visible below... The temple! Eager to get a better look, Cirrus speeds up a bit.
S: *Glacier sees it too, getting a bit excited himself, trying to catch up with cirrus*
L: Soon, the two explorers float in front of the temple, its large entrance practically asking them to come inside. Cirrus smiles at Glacier. "Well, should we head in?" The excited look on his face makes it clear that he very much wants to, himself.
S: *Glacier is clearly a bit nervous, but wants to see what's up as well* "Yeah, let's see what's inside!"
L: Just before Cirrus goes into the temple, something catches his eye: What appears to be a sign of some sort, engraved into one side of the entrance. "Hang on, there's something here... Seems somewhat more recent, too. One sec, I'll translate it..."
S: "Huh? What could it be?" *Glacier floats in place as bubbles escape his nose*
L: "...Beings of the surface, this is no place for your kind. Proceed no further, or the next time your lungs fill, the sea shall claim its space within." Cirrus looks at Glacier, notably less enthusiastic. "...Well, um... That's certainly ominous..."
S: "Whoa...that's dark...like really dark, I'm not too sure we should go in here now..." *Glacier looks back at cirrus, very much less excited too*
L: "...It still looks pretty old, I'd date it at a century or so. Whoever made that sign has to be long gone by now, right? I think we'll be fine, but we should stay on the lookout for traps."
S: "...your still suggesting to go in there? Good lord... um.. fine..I guess we can still try and go, we will just have to be extra careful"
L: "We've been looking for this temple for so long, I don't think I'm gonna listen to a sign left by someone that not only wasn't originally here, but is probably dead by now." Cirrus heads into the temple.
S: "Hey! Ugh...fine fine your right, wait for me!" *Glacier follows cirrus inside the temple*
L: Cirrus happily looks around the temple that likely hadn't been touched in a very long time, although he does start to feel like someone other than Glacier is watching him... Trying to ignore that, he looks at a nearby mural, wondering if it has any sort of significance.
S: *Glacier tries to stay positive and look around too, he looks at the mural with cirrus, growing interest in it, he too senses that maybe someone else is watching them too*
L: "Isn't this great? We might be the first to see this in decades!"
"No, you're not." A different voice enters Cirrus and Glacier's minds, startling Cirrus. Two glowing blue points appear in the darkness - eyes - and their owner quickly becomes visible as well. An enormous white and blue creature, towering over the two explorers and looking rather displeased... Lugia. "I saw you look at the warning.", it continues. "It was too long for you to not have understood it. And yet, here you are."
S: "Oh no...this can't be good, I knew we should have stayed away!" *Glacier clearly looks scared, immediately turning around to swim away*
L: Cirrus: "S-sorry, sorry! We're gonna go!" As Cirrus tries to grab Glacier to get the two of them outside as fast as possible, he and Glacier suddenly can't move, a pale blue light forming around them.
Lugia: "You ignored the warning, fully knowing what it was. You won't be leaving." The two would-be explorers start getting pulled deeper into the temple by some sort of invisible force, likely Lugia's psychic power.
S: "Hey! What are you doing?! Let us go!! Please!!" *Glacier tries to get out of the invisible force, but that just makes him waste air as it escapes his nose and mouth*
L: Lugia doesn't respond, quickly pulling Cirrus and Glacier along. Cirrus looks over at Glacier, knowing this is his own fault. "G-Glacier... I'm so sorry..."
S: "I can't believe this is happening right now! I shoulda trusted my instincts the first time and now we are in this mess! Ugh!"
*Glacier clearly gets more scared, the anxiety building up making him lose air fast!*
L: "N-no, this is my fault for convincing you to come with me..." Cirrus tries to stay calm, but he can't help but bubble a bit in fear. He does his best to remember the way out, but he can't keep track of all the turns. Before too much longer, he and Glacier are pushed into a holding cell, and its door slams shut, locking itself, its key and the explorers' headsets floating to a nearby table, though their minds remain connected through Lugia for the moment. Lugia's voice can be heard again. "At least dealing with fools such as you is rather easy."
S: "Come on! You can't keep us locked in here forever! We're gonna drown!!" *glacier's face is already red
L: Lugia: "As you were warned. I'll be returning in an hour to dispose of you."
Cirrus: "No, wai-!" The mental communication abruptly cuts off, and Lugia turns to leave their prisoners to their fate.
S: *Glacier is very very scared...look around nervously, he tries to stay calm, but is unable, too busy freaking out and wasting air*
L: Cirrus turns to Glacer, covering their mouth with one hand while holding their shoulder with the other, trying to calm them down, though he's clearly quite nervous as well.
S: *Glacier doesn't calm down in the slightest, but he covers his own mouth with a paw*
L: Cirrus tries to look out through the bars, and can see that Lugia has left for somewhere else in the temple. The dragon smiles as the water clouds around him for a moment, and he becomes only a few inches in length, easily able to slip between the bars.
S: *meanwhile Glacier is still freaking out, not noticing cirrus slip through the bars*
L: Returning to 10% size, Cirrus grabs the cell's key off the table, quickly unlocking the door. He heads back in the cell and taps on Glacier, smiling and pointing to the now open door.
S: *Glacier stops panicking for a second, still covering his nose and mouth he sees sees the now open door. You can see him smiling even with his mouth covered and his face starting to turn blue, he makes his exit quickly*
L: Heading back out of the cell, Cirrus puts his headset back on and gives Glacier theirs, also noticing that Glacier is turning blue from their need to breathe. With there being plenty of room in this hall, Cirrus goes to his full size so he'll be able to give Glacier air, motioning for them to go above him.
S: *Glacier is clearly still scared, but follows cirrus's instructions, going above him*
L: With Glacier above him, Cirrus blows out a cloud of bubbles for them to quickly breathe in, which at his size didn't cost him much air.
S: *he luckily inhales all the bubbles that cirrus blows out, turning his face back to red*
L: Going back to 10% size, Cirrus motions for Glacier to put their headset back on so the two of them can "talk" again.
S: *he does so, putting the headset back on him*
L: "We're SO lucky they don't know I can go so small. If they find us again, though, it's over. Keep quiet, and try to stay calm so you don't use much air."
S: "I'm trying, but this isn't very easy!" *Glacier shakes a bit with fear*
L: "I-I know, but we have to try..." Cirrus doesn't seem so confident either, but without any other choice, he starts navigating the temple's halls with Glacier.
S: *Glacier tries to remain calm, but he keeps nervously looking around*
"W-what if we get caught again?!'
L: "...T-try not to think about it." The two come to an intersection, going left and right, and Cirrus looks to Glacier. "Either one seem better?"
S: "Um..." *he thinks for a second* "R-right!"
"The right one seems better!"
L: "I hope we can find a map of some kind eventually..." Cirrus checks both sides to make sure Lugia isn't there, which they're not, and goes right. All the stress and fear is making him burn through his breath quite a lot faster than normal, and he's already getting a slight blush from strain.
S: *the same goes for Glacier, in fact he's so scared that his face is back to blue, bubbles constantly escaping him from the anxiety he's feeling*
L: "D-damn it, already..." Cirrus thinks, accidentally focusing on it enough that it's sent over the headset. "S-sorry, yeah, hang on." He goes big again, moving under Glacier to puff out more bubbles for them.
S: *as Glacier inhales the bubbles they grew more stale, it doesn't even refresh him enough, it's so stale. So their face turns back to a deep red color this time*
"I don't think those bubbles are...any good now"
L: "I'm nearly out of air anyway..." Cirrus returns to 10% size, his face starting to go purple. "W-we just have to hope we're close..." Then, from one of the ends of this hall, a blue glow starts to come around the corner! Cirrus' eyes go wide, and he immediately grabs Glacier and shoves them and himself into a deep crack in the wall, covering both their mouth and his.
S: *Glacier yelped when he was shoved into the crack, which might have attracted that blue glow, which of course is lugia, glacier's face turning blue again*
L: "D-don't make another sound..." Cirrus waits for Lugia to pass by, and thankfully they do, seemingly not having heard Glacier's yelp. Only then does it occur to Cirrus just how badly he needs to breathe; his lungs are mostly empty, his face blue, and he whines as he moves his hand from Glacier's mouth to join his other in covering his own.
S: *Glacier whines as well as his face turns more blue, he covers his mouth with both paws* "C-c-cant, hold it...any longer!!"
L: "C-c...Come on!" Despite the intense burning of his lungs, Cirrus grabs Glacier to pull them along as he continues through the seemingly endless halls. Before too long, the entrance finally becomes visible! But, Cirrus stops, covering his mouth again and whimpering, desperately struggling in what's clearly the last few seconds of his breath hold.
S: *the glaceon wasn't any better, Glacier was whimpering helplessly, looking like he's gonna inhale water at any moment! He shudders as tho he felt someone close to them, hoping it's not lugia again*
L: Cirrus starts to feel like someone's nearby as well, but in his intense struggles, he can't bring himself to open his eyes. If it WAS Lugia, though, it wasn't like there'd be any point in seeing them. In the hope that, if someone was here, they'd help, Cirrus manages to force his mouth to stay shut for just a little bit longer, his bubbles stopping as his lungs go empty and water begins to seep into his nostrils...
S: *the last of the bubbles we're escaping Glacier as well, trying everything to force his nose and mouth shut, now closing his own eyes, worrying that water is gonna seep through*
L: With seemingly no help coming, Cirrus finally can't take any more. His hands lift from his muzzle, and his mouth opens wide, audibly gasping seawater! He clutches at his neck and starts thrashing, choking hard, a few more tiny bubbles leaving the drowning dragon.
S: *Glacier sees the now drowning dragon and gets visibly upset, he's managing to hold on just a bit further, still covering his nose and mouth*
L: Cirrus almost takes off for the surface on his own, but stops to grab Glacier and bring them with him. "H-hold onto me!" He still manages to think fairly clearly despite his repeated attempts to breathe water, and rushes out of the temple with Glacier.
S: *Glacier manages to hold on tightly to cirrus as they bolt up to the surface*
L: Together, they rocket upward far faster than they'd gone down, and Cirrus only has to handle choking for a few more seconds before he and Glacier launch from the water, the dragon hoarsely gasping and hacking up the water in his lungs.
S: *Glacier gasps heavily for air, he inhaled a bit of water on the way up, gasping loudly and trying to catch his breath*
L: Even though he's not underwater, Cirrus is still in a coughing fit and unable to talk out loud, so he still uses the headset for now. "...I...R-really didn't think we'd make it..."
S: *Glacier keeps gasping and uses the headset for now too* "I didn't...think so either, but we did make it!"
L: Cirrus eventually gets the water out of him, and finally talks out loud again. "I-I'm sorry I got us into that... Should've listened to that warning..."
S: *Glacier talks out loud too* "Ugh I'm still so mad about that!"
"I should punish you for this... it's all your fault..."
L: "...I-if that's what you want... But, maybe we should get back to land first?"
S: "Good idea...we don't want lugia noticing us up here, so let's go"
L: Cirrus lowers down to the water again, letting go of Glacier before going to his full size again, coming up beneath them to easily get them on his back before starting to fly to the shore with them.
S: *they make it to shore*
L: As Cirrus sets down on the shore, there's a loud splash from behind... Lugia had followed him!
Lugia: "I don't know how you got out, but I'll be sure to keep an eye on you this time."
Cirrus: "N-no, we're sorry, all we wanted to do was explore!"
S: "Please lugia just leave me alone, it was all cirrus's idea in the first place! He wanted to go inside even tho there was a warning! I tried to tell him we should go but he wouldn't listen!"
L: Cirrus' eyes go wide and he tries to turn to look at Glacier, but he's already being held in place by Lugia's psychic ability.
Lugia: "...I would know if you lied. So, "Cirrus", as you seem to go by... You're the one at fault here?"
Cirrus: "...I-I admit it, it was me, and I'm sorry!"
S: "Mmmhm, yep... so lugia this really is all his fault, I've got nothing here really...so, would you like to help me torment him a bit to teach him a lesson?
L: Lugia: "I imagine you're not too pleased with his decision yourself. While you're not entirely free of guilt, I'll forgive you. Might you have any ideas of how we could punish this one?"
Cirrus struggles in Lugia's psychic grip. "G-Glacier, what the hell!?"
S: "Sorry buddy, I don't wanna do this to you but I've got no choice, how about you drag him to the very bottom of the ocean, see how well he holds up, hehe!!" *Glacier giggles mischievously*
L: Lugia: "There IS a trench nearby, it would work well for this. Would you like to come with us? I can form an air bubble so you can breathe and avoid the water pressure."
Cirrus: "D-don't, I'm gonna get crushed!"
S: "Sure thing lugia! I would appreciate that! Hehe! Good luck buddy..."
L: Lugia: "Then it shall be done." A large, blue tinted bubble forms around Glacier and lifts him off the ground, surprisingly not even feeling like he's moving. Lugia takes off, bringing Cirrus and Glacier with them, but they're certainly not as gentle with the dragon. After a couple minutes, Lugia stops. "This is the place. Prepare yourself, dragon." Cirrus only has time for a single gasp before being shoved underwater, the trio now descending.
S: *Glacier is very lucky he doesn't have to hold his breath, able to breath from being inside the bubble* "Hehe! This should be good!"
L: Cirrus nervously looks around as he's quickly brought deeper, speaking with his headset again. "C-can't I make this up to you somehow?"
Lugia: "I won't be forgiving you as easily as your friend. Perhaps, in time, I might change my mind... But you'll be seeing the seafloor before then."
S: "Sorry, you heard lugia, better keep your breath held tight! Hehe"
L: The trench is entered, and as the depth continues to increase, Cirrus' headset eventually shorts out, crushed by the water pressure. Like earlier, though, Lugia's mind being connected to his also enables Glacier to still hear him. "I-it's starting to hurt..."
S: "Good, I hope your learning your lesson now" *Glacier couldn't help but giggle mischievously again
L: (Weird that you're having so much trouble with accounts in general... Doesn't make sense)
Cirrus winces and whines out some bubbles as the pressure grows and grows... Just before the point where it would truly start to harm him, the group finally reaches the bottom.
Lugia: "And, here we are. What do you think, glaceon? Shall we stay until he starts breathing?"
S: "Well he's already breathed in water once, but keep him down till he's purple, then once he's purple we'll make our way back up, just to make sure he's truly learning his lesson!"
L: Lugia: "That will work for me."
Cirrus squirms in discomfort, trying to get free from Lugia's psychic hold on him. "Nngh! D-damn it!"
S: "Hehehe!!!" *Glacier watches him struggle , tho he did feel bad for him deep inside, he knew that cirrus deserves this*
L: With all the strain Cirrus is under, he keeps bubbling in pain, losing a fair bit of his air over time and already starting to blush. "L-let me up! I'm sorry!"
S: "Not yet! Hehe... not until your purple!"
L: Lugia: "I must admit, your durability is impressive. Not many can handle this depth for so long."
Cirrus doesn't answer this time, giving up on begging. He fights even harder to get free, but still accomplishes nothing, and his need to breathe makes him whine again.
S: "I probably could handle it myself, but I rather not test it right now..." *he laughs nervously*
L: Lugia: "Understandable. Even water itself is powerful this far down."
Cirrus' whole face is red as he continues trying to escape, trailing bubbles from his lips. "Mmrgh...blbrbl..."
S: "Hey thanks for doing this for me lugia...and again I'm so sorry for entering your temple...maybe we could be friends and start over for us?" *Glacier gives lugia some cute eyes*
L: Lugia smiles at Glacier. "...I suppose we could! After all, you were essentially coerced into going in my temple, you're hardly at fault."
Finally giving up on his struggles, Cirrus tries to save his oxygen by staying still, but it doesn't work all that well because of how much he'd raised his heart rate in his escape attempts.
S: *Glacier smiles back* "Oh thank you so much lugia! I appreciate you so much!"
"Would really love to be friends with you! Maybe after we deal with cirrus we could get to know each other a little more, would that be ok?"
L: Lugia: "Might be nice to have a friend, it's a bit lonely in the ocean... Sure, we could spend some time together after this."
Cirrus covers his mouth, trying and failing to stop his gradual loss of air as his face starts turning purple.
S: "Perfect! Hehe, and It looks like cirrus's face is finally purple, i think he's had enough so let's start going back up, but slowly, don't rush it" *he giggles evily*
L: Lugia: "Sounds like a good time for us." Glacier and Cirrus lift off the seafloor, and they and Lugia start heading for the distant surface, notably slower than before. While Cirrus is relieved to start having less pressure on him, he clearly worries about whether he'll be able to hold his breath long enough.
S: "Just a little longer cirrus...heh"
L: Lugia chuckles. "Surely a durable dragon like yourself can handle a casual swim?"
Cirrus: "H-hurry up! I've a-already inhaled water once today!"
S: "Hehe! Good one lugia"
"Sorry buddy, slow and steady wins the race"
L: Eventually, the group leaves the trench, with Cirrus starting to shiver and get a blue blush from needing to breathe so badly. He tries to cover his mouth again, but Lugia forces his hands away.
Lugia: "You don't need to do that. After all, you were confident enough in your breath holding ability to explore underwater where you shouldn't!"
S: "Haha! Oof, sorry cirrus! No covering your mouth or nose here! Man this feels good!"
L: Bubbles are constantly trickling from Cirrus' mouth at this point, and he nervously looks up, still not able to see the surface. "...I-I don't think I'm gonna m-make it!"
S: "Hehe...just keep it in for a while longer, we'll get up to the air....eventually...although um, lugia I think the air in this bubble is starting to get a bit stale...I'm having a bit if difficultly breathing..."
L: Lugia: "Ah, one moment, I'll refill it." They look up and their eyes start glowing. After a couple seconds, another large bubble comes down, merging with the one Glacier is in before the stale air is vented out in smaller bubbles. "There. That should last you enough time."
Cirrus whines as he watches the fresh bubble. "...P-please... I-I'm gonna breathe..." His whole body starts shuddering, and he tries to press his muzzle against himself to keep it shut, still unable to move his hands.
S: "Ahhh...thanks lugia, that's much much better"
*they get halfway to the surface by now, light starting to become visible*
L: Lugia: "Should I give Cirrus one, too? He seems to be at his limit."
Cirrus: "Y-yes, PLEASE! I CAN'T HOLD IT!" Cirrus is losing air in bursts of bubbles, trying his best to hold back from inhaling.
S: "Hmmm.....ok, but give him the smallest air bubble possible, just enough so that he won't inhale water...just yet" *he giggles*
L: Lugia brings down another bubble from the surface, quite a bit smaller than before, and slowly drifts it close enough for Cirrus to inhale. The dragon gasps the bubble down, but it hardly makes an improvement, only getting him back to having a purple blush.
Cirrus: "Th-thank you! B-but, um, Glacier... W-what do you mean?"
S: "What? You really thinking that I'm just gonna hand you air? No way! That's the only bubble you'll get until we surface"
L: The trip upward resumes, and while Cirrus is managing to hold in his air for now, it likely won't be long before he starts leaking bubbles again.
Lugia: "We're nearing the surface... It's almost disappointing, isn't it Glacier?"
S: "Absolutely... it is... but at least now, cirrus learned his lesson and I hope this kind of thing won't happen again. And I'm also looking forward to talking to you a lot more lugia" *he smiles and wags his tail*
L: Lugia: "I imagine I'll quite enjoy your company."
The surface is visible at last, and Cirrus stares up at it. "C-come on... D-don't let me run that low again..." A stream of bubbles starts trickling away once again.
S: "Oh you will! Trust me! And it looks like the surface is visible... we're almost there..."
L: Cirrus is starting to get exhausted from pushing his limit for so long, and doesn't try to get to the surface faster, knowing there's no point. As his face starts to turn blue again, the group finally surfaces, and the dragon tries to gasp, only to find that Lugia is holding his mouth and nostrils shut with their psychic power.
Lugia: "What do you think, Glacier? Should we let him breathe?"
S: "Ok ok yeah I think he's suffered enough...but let's ask him first...if he hasn't learned his lesson then yeah don't let him breathe yet"
L: Lugia chuckles. "Very well. Cirrus. Do you apologize for trespassing in my temple?"
Cirrus: "Y-yes, I'm sorry!" His hands are released, but nothing more, and he immediately starts trying to pry his mouth open.
Lugia: "And you apologize to Glacier for dragging them with you?"
Cirrus: "O-of course! G-Glacier, I'm sorry I tried to get you to come with me!"
Lugia: "Do you intend to return to my temple without my permission?"
Cirrus: "N-never!"
Lugia looks at Glacier again, smirking as they're clearly delaying Cirrus' release just to torment him a little longer. "Well, does that work for you?"
S: "Hmmmm...."
"Yeah that's good enough for me"
L: The blue glow around Cirrus fades, and he finally gasps hard, coughing a couple times as he finally gets to breathe properly again. "Ha, ha... Th-thank you..."
S: "Good, hope you never do this kind of thing ever again!"
"Thanka again lugia!"
L: Cirrus: "G-gonna be more careful from here on!"
Lugia: "No problem. Now, I shouldn't leave my temple alone for long, so I'm afraid I need to leave you two. I believe Cirrus is more than capable of returning you to the shore." The bubble around Glacier hovers down to the water and fades away, slow enough that they have a chance to react.
S: *Glacier splashes into the water and treads it* "Alright, we'll see you later lugia! Bye!"
L: Lugia smiles and dives into the water, quickly swimming off in what is likely the direction of the temple. Cirrus hovers down into the water as well, finally having caught his breath. "We should... Get going. I need to rest after, you know, almost drowning a couple more times."
S: "Hehe, yeah...let's go then"
L: Cirrus comes up under Glacier like he did earlier, and flies them back to shore, which doesn't take quite as long as before since they're not as far out.
S: "You better relax for a while... now that you've learned your lesson and all that, hehe..."
L: Going to 10% size again, Cirrus takes off his broken headset and looks at it. "Hopefully I'll be able to fix this, too..."
S: "Eesh, yeah..." *Glacier takes off his headset, which is still in tact* "This day sure has been something, so you go get your rest and I'm gonna hang with lugia a bit more"
L: "Yeah, I'm probably gonna have a nap. See you later." Cirrus floats up, shifts to full size, and flies off.
S: *and so, Glacier goes back to the ocean and dives in to spend a little more time with lugia, bonding with him more and more*
