Unusual Legendaries and Mythics are also part of the Unusual cast of Pokemon. Unusual Mythics and Legendaries have much more greater power over those that aren't one of them. This Unusual Mew is showing off his feet paws in a variety of different ways, ranging from micros crawling on them, getting tickled or to cosmic proportions that are bigger than entire worlds.
Oh the feet tickling is something I don't do. A follower back on DA at the time noticed how I was drawing a variety of foot fetish alterations and gave me the idea to draw the tickling part. I did draw it, but only because I never tried it before. Don't get used to me drawing feet tickling out with the exception of unique situations I may need it for.
