Starlow is also known for her big smiles in the games where she shows her clean white teeth. She'll even quote that her teeth and smiles are the cutest so I figured hey, I'm gonna draw her making the Mario bros love her teeth by trapping both of the bros on them. She won't swallow them thankfully.

Just in case most of you don't know, this is also an actual fetish for some, but it's geared towards a much smaller crowd. It won't sexually get anyone off or anything (at least I think it won't), but it's mainly the allure of looking at the clean white teeth of a female character which adds to their cuteness. This also includes girly boys or characters with very sharp teeth. Two cartoons where they show this well are the Simpsons and MLP:FiM. Around the time MLP:Fim aired like sometime after in 2014 or so I remember talking to a couple fans of the show (or bronies) that were completely infatuated by how the girls smiled in the show and how they loved their large teeth whenever they smiled big. Another time was with one of the Pokemon a fan liked. I believe the Pokemon was either Gengar, Ghastly or any of the Pokemon that would constantly show their teeth without smiling.

This fetish can be used for mainly mouthplay and such so I guess it does have some eroticness to it if used in this way.
