This is Phoebe Burger who is the mother of Marlene Burger. Mrs. Burger is not pleased with her daughter's career as meddling teen detective and the trouble it causes. She runs a restaurant and tries to deal with that pressure and going down to the police station because of Marlene's investigation.
Story: She is the owner and operator of a restaurant in the town of New Portaferry. She is married to public defender Hamilton Burger and has one daughter Marlene Burger. Unfortunately Marlene considers herself a teen detective and its inevitable run ins with the police. She wants her daughter to spread her wings and flies, but not into prison. She loves working on her cooking with chef Vadalia Esquine for fun and the restauruant. Though there are times she wants to hug her daughter;s neck till her eyes pop out.
