Always looking a little too chill in her dress shirt, skirt, and sweater vest, she plays the role of the “too cool for school” teen well. But behind the uniform? Total closet nerd.

Lulu’s world outside school is full of cosplay fabrics, idol playlists, and anime marathons. She’s a skilled seamstress who makes elaborate costumes on commission, usually modeling them with help from her favorite “canvas,” Chase the Bunny (who she also babysits). Her best friend Sara Bear is the one person at school who knows just how geeky Lulu really is—and she’s been gently helping her come out of her shell.
