One of the first water-type pals in the paldeck, but not the first one you will encounter, funnily enough.
Their generally angry appearance makes them look almost punk-like, so I extended the little tuft of hair they usually have into a small mohawk/liberty spike sort of situation. With hands on the hips for extra sass, of course. I sometimes call them 'Fucks' by mistake.
