The daughter of Ray Marvel and Aquamarine, Misty The Raccoon becomes Misty Marvel, an adult raccoon heroine clad in a green leotard, cape, and boots, and a white cape, when she says her father's secret words. She has her father powers, however, instead of the ability to shoot thunder, she has her mother's hydrokinesis.
She is one half of the Marvel Cousins, as her older cousin, Millie the Catadillo, the daughter of Mighty and Honey, can also become Millie Marvel.
