Also, thinking about it, I was probably using the wrong approach. I keep seeing AI artists referring to using their own computers to generate their art. If I recall, I tried to use a website to do it.
I guess I would recommendations on programs to try, and how to set up my machine. Again, though, not really a tech guy. I get along better with people than machines. (I think my roomba hates me, and the material handling robots at work keep trying to run me over.)

The cheapest payed option is 12 USD a month. That was how I started, using the free option then payed. It was only when I decided to get serious that I installed it on my desktop.
For HOW to use the AI, I'm honestly not the one to ask. I just started being a goober with the program and learned by playing with it. I would use Venison's prompts and edit them. It wasn't until about 2 months ago that I started doing my own prompts.
