I'm in a terrible way.

I had a mental breakdown following a mistake on my part.
I just felt like I lost all joy and love for my job and life, and snapped and threw a spray bottle towards my co-worker over a little thing in frustration. I then just said to my supervisor that I don't think I deserve to be employed anymore and finished my shift after a small talk.
I got in my car, and just started crying. I'm just going to try and last until till the long weekend and just consider my options.
