So... Long note here.

I LOVE the old cartoon art style such as Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry, Old Disney shorts, Hanna-Barbera and so on... So much in fact I am planning a sleeve tattoo based entirely on this art style... that is, when I can afford it 🤪
Anyway this brings me to...: PRESTON BLAIR!!
There is an amazing book out there called: "Cartoon Animation with Preston Blair". Get it! (or read it online... legitimately of course 🙄)
It teaches a bunch about drawing cartoon characters and I have learned so much from this book!
These sketches are all attempts at exercises found in the book. Highly recommended. 👌💯
