Having magic powers is pretty much a given by everyone in his village some might be even more naturally gifted as those rare cases are decendant from some magic beings that existed long ago. Yeah if one has magic powers they can learn any spell given they invest their time in learning and practising. Thanks my friend sure makes good designs did his adult self and his modern self so I took both to make his design . Hope I can get pics of him trying all sorts of dick shapes :3
