So Red did not learned his lesson for making him calm and peace in the community on the Bird Island, still angry though but his feet suddenly growing out of control then huge and having Red's big feet minded on its own.
Remember when the three birds having their feet tickled by the magic feathers and became their feet sentient. Turns out they're still on Red's feet and it become permanent came after the tickling on the magic feathers from the second punishment.
And Red's big sentient feet is forcing to tap dance uncontrollably and bringing to the crowd publicly and embarrased while Red wanted his big sentient feet to stop dancing but they'll ignoring him and became his third punishment for long session of tap dance.
Lesson learned Red, as he said in the first movie... "*sigh* pluck my life".
