Isabelle from Animal Crossing in a big, poofy diaper. I don't have much of an excuse for this, other than the fact I wanted to draw someone in an impractically large diaper, and Isabelle came to mind. I'd like to imagine the mayor made a new ordinance that had something to do with this.
