This is my Espurr+Buizel hybrid. He's the child of Bunzel and Meowsen (see their character sheets) and was born as an Espurr with Buizel parts. Can do Buizel things too like spinning his tail and inflating his neck sac as well as Espurr things like levitating himself and moving objects psychically.
I don't have him fully planned out yet, but I was hoping to pair him in a gay relationship with my male Minccino, Cappuccino. He is almost never seen without his diaper off, using it wherever he goes due to having worse bowel incontinence than his father. He's more optimistic of life than the other characters, rarely being seen angry or sad.
Will fill in more details later but expect messy diaper art with him a lot.
