Wow, one of the best you've ever made! And I love the facial expression!

A little room for improvement might be shading her left elbow a little darker, as if it's in shadow. Might not be entirely realistic, but that would help visually break it up so it doesn't get confused with the shape of her boob in front of it. Looks a little weird at first until you figure out that's her elbow.
