TERMS OF SERVICE
- You are free to post art you have commissioned from me on any site you choose, as long as you credit me appropriately. If you post the picture outside of the sites I have a gallery at, I'd appreciate a link to at east one of my gallery accounts (FurAffinity, Twitter, Itaku)
- All my commissions will be done in Euros (EUR)
- By commissioning me and filling out the form I give upon decision, you agree to these terms. By reaching out to me, you admit that you have read these terms and approved them.
- You must be over 18 years old to commission me, and by filling my commission form, you vouch that you are of appropriate age. If during the process I discover that you have lied your age, you will be returned the money possibly already paid and the comm will be cancelled. You will also be reported to the FA Staff and blocked.
- Contact regarding commissions are done mainly via Private messages, either on Discord or any of the art platforms I am at.If you want to commission me, please consider joining my Discord server here: https://discord.gg/4U2uAEn or adding me to Discord (firerai). If you aren't in my server or don't have me on Discord, please send a note before adding me.
- I will send you the invoice once you have seen the sketch and approved it for coloring and inking. In case of sketches, I will send the invoice once I start to work on your picture.
- I retain the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- If the queue is long, I will contact you before starting to confirm, if you still want your commission. If I do not hear from you, I will consider the commission to be cancelled.
- When filling the commission form, you agree that you have gained the permission to use possible characters that do not belong to you in the commission. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have the permission to use the characters you want in your commission (or know they are okay with it, in case of a gift). In the event that it turns out that you have used someone's character without permission, the commission will be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- If I haven't begun to work on your commission and you haven't paid me yet, you may cancel at any time.
- If you have paid me, but decide the cancel, I will retain the appropriate amount depending on the stage of the pic, and refund the rest.
- Refunds must be issued within 48 hours of completion and will be given only on a very good reason.
- If I cancel your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
FIXES AND CHANGES
- I will be happy to fix your commission, if you deem that there are things to be edited. However, constant request for edits can drag the process and become cumbersome, so once I deem that edits have gone too far, I will give you a notice that this will be the last edit I do, before I have to charge for them. After that, each edit will be +20€ (price may vary by situation) - I will redraw and/or do a major edit to your sketch (different character, different pose, different setting etc.) once. The edit can only be done at the sketching phase. If you aren't happy even after these changes, I retain the right to cancel your commission and charge you for the sketch.
- Small changes (such as changes to expression or minor line edits) can be done at inking phase.
- Only color edits may be done during coloring phase.
WHAT I DRAW AND WON'T DRAW
While I am mostly very open to the things I draw, there are some things I do not like or am not willing to draw, such as certain characters and/or scenes. I cannot possibly list them all here, so if in doubt, ask. But to give few pointers, here are stuff I most likely won't draw: - Obesity/fatfurs - Hyper (any) - Same size vore - Inflation - Inappropriate material, such as racism, rape, harrasment, and such.
