This freaked me out for a bit. I opened it, moved my mouse down and her eyes followed it. I thought Hmm... interesting, these are always fun. I moved my mouse to the left and up a bit and her eyes followed it. It wasn't till a bit later after her eyes moved again and my mouse didn't that I realized it was just a normal gif.
