This colorfully dressed lad is finally on public debut!
Pez is a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day, always eager to perk up the spirits of children. Having lacked much of a childhood himself, Pez still wears gaudy neon clothing with smiley faces and paints his toenails in rainbowy colors.
Despite his childish appearance and antics, he's no '13 Forever' child. He merely wants to feel what he missed out on in life and also works to help children. He helps at festivals as an entertainer by doing face painting, caricatures, and the like, but his biggest job is a Child Services Agent. He wants to ensure any child he meets has a smile on their faces and has helped rescue several kids and teens from abusive and/or neglectful households.
