Toga has an uncountable amount of mortals she's swallowed down through her many years of ruling. Most willingly though allow themselves to slide down her gullet out of strong devotion for her while others run for their lives. Being a diety the inside of her stomach is a large digestive world where the swallowed victims are still forced to worship her while slowly being dissolved and added to her body then their souls are prisoners of her belly. Toga's quirk is still applied as a goddess, but she also wields many other powers.

However, despite the huge amount of worshippers she controls there is one in particular mortal who is able to fight her resistances and charms of worshipping her and that mortal is Dekkios (Deku). He's a blessed mortal that's able to resist the crazy Toga and her forceful ways of bowing down to her. Despite all of this she decided not to eat him or torture him in other ways. She still made Dekkios bring offerings to her personally much more than anyone else. She would sometimes grab and taunt him with vore by opening her mouth wide in front of him or taunt him with worshipping her feet whenever she turns big. Her affection for the little mortal is high and obsessive to the point where she never really leaves him alone whenever they meet. Only through the protection of another goddess who blessed Dekkios with immunity against her (Ochako) is he able to resist her crazy sexual and weird advances and mental influences, but still has to worship her like any other mortal does.
