Been a while without drawing Rouge, eh?...

For this occasion i wanted to draw something that i've always wanted to do and nobody tried yet (I think), and that's drawing her wearing DEAD OR ALIVE's TIna Armstrong in her DOA2 Default Outfit

Why that one?... It holds her knockers very well and looks lovely~... Loads of skin to show off~ ;3. Nothing beats that outfit's style (The latter entries were different etc...)
