Although hippogriffs are perhaps the second-most complicated species to vector in MLPFIM behind kirins, unlike kirins there are ample references for both female and male poses in the form of Silverstream and Terramar respectively, spread across multiple episodes. I myself had done hippogriffs a fewtimesbefore, so when EthanRosca came up to me with Wishgriff and Bottlegriff for the 2024 Derpibooru collab (the former is a genie heavily inspired by my work in that direction, but both are otherwise little more than Silverstream and Terramar recolours) I was far from having to redo it all from scratch.
